PBS Corp. in Laguna Niguel, CA is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with growth to full-time.

You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, and document progress.

We offer flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly bonus of $500, holiday pay, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA with our support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy or related settings.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
