Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. This role starts as part-time with a path to full-time as caseloads expand, offering mentorship, training, and career growth within ABA.

As an RBT, you will implement ABA plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• ABA-related experience with children.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education/related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Able to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
