Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, or community settings. This role offers part-time hours with growth into full-time as caseloads expand, mentorship, and ongoing training.

You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. A supportive, growth-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
