PBS Corp. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to monitor progress. Collaboration with families and clinical teams is essential to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; BA in psychology/education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, move between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
