Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time position offers mentorship, training, and opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

As an RBT, you will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
