Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with growth potential to full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings and implement ABA-based treatment plans under a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
