Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism and related developmental disabilities. This part-time role offers hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for career growth toward BCBA certification.

Position involves 1:1 in home, school, or community settings; travel locally; and data collection to monitor progress. Eligibility includes an active RBT certification and a HS diploma, with a BA/BS preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
