Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and work one-on-one to promote learning and independence.

This part-time role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and a collaborative environment as caseloads expand, with clear paths to full-time positions and ongoing professional development in ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
