Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an RBT for part-time roles with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, following ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA, and tracking progress with data collection.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams; attend team meetings.
