Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. The role includes implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collecting data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams to ensure progress.

Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are highlighted, with potential to transition to full-time as caseloads expand. Travel locally is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in psychology/education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
