Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician to join our team for in-home, school, or community sessions.

We offer flexible scheduling, a quarterly bonus, travel reimbursement, and opportunities to advance from RBT to BCBA with our mentorship and training programs. This part-time role has potential to grow as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
