Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings. You’ll implement ABA plans, track progress, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure positive outcomes.

We offer flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement where applicable, and growth opportunities as caseloads expand. This position supports our mission to improve lives through ABA services.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification and ABA-related experience with children.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in psychology/education preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
