Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time work in home, school, or community settings. You will receive ongoing mentorship, hands-on ABA training, and opportunities to grow within our program as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, collaborate with families and clinical teams, and participate in professional development sessions to advance toward BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
