Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with potential growth into full-time as caseloads expand. The position involves working 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings and implementing ABA-based plans under a BCBA's supervision.

We offer mentorship, ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance to BCBA with support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
