Job summary

B Above Autism Services in Indiana is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. We offer flexible hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children in home, school, or community settings.

You will work under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and help families build meaningful skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills.
• A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Collaborate clinical team members.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards of care.
• Partnering with families to create meaningful change.
• Creating fun, structured, and engaging sessions.
