Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part‑time roles with growth potential to full‑time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA‑based plans and tracking progress under a BCBA supervision.

The position offers flexible scheduling, annual raises, a $500 quarterly bonus for meeting hours, holiday pay, and opportunities to advance to BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy or related fields.
• Ability to engage with children in varied settings (home/school/community).
• Willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
