PBS Corp. in Washington state is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for 1:1 in-home, school, or community settings. Part-time roles with growth opportunities as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
