Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans created by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and help clients gain independence while collecting progress data.

The role offers flexible scheduling with potential growth to full-time as caseloads expand, plus a quarterly bonus of $500 for meeting hours targets, plus holiday pay and benefits for

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
