Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans under a BCBA and collecting progress data. You will collaborate with families and clinical teams and attend ongoing professional development sessions.

Qualifications

Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
Ability to engage with clients, assist with transitions, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
