Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

We offer flexible scheduling, a quarterly $500 bonus for meeting hours, holiday pay, and career growth toward BCBA, plus mileage reimbursement for travel. Part-time roles with opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients on the floor and assist with transfers up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
