Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings in Richland, WA. Part-time roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with ongoing mentorship and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
