Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. The role offers part-time hours with growth into full-time as caseloads expand, along with mentorship and hands-on training.

We provide flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual increases, and a quarterly bonus up to 500 USD for meeting hours targets.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
