Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school or community settings with ABA‑based plans designed by a BCBA.

This part‑time role offers mentorship, hands‑on training and opportunities for growth as caseloads expand, with local travel as needed and potential to grow into full‑time as the program scales. Reliable transportation required. Competitive pay and quarterly bonus are included.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology or related field
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, assist standing and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings
• Implement ABA‑based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
