Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for part-time in-home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans under a BCBA, work 1:1 with children, and track progress to support independence and learning.

The role offers growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a $500 quarterly bonus for meeting hours targets, with travel and benefits for full-time staff as available.

Qualificações

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to sit on the floor, engage with clients, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
