Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for part‑time roles with growth into full‑time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in various settings, implementing ABA‑based plans under a BCBA and collecting progress data.

We offer mentorship, annual raises, a $500 quarterly bonus for meeting hours, holiday pay, and opportunities to advance to BCBA with our support. Travel locally for in‑home sessions is required.

Formación

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage actively with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans devised by a BCBA.
• Record and monitor data to track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Conocimientos
