Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, have experience with ABA therapy, and are willing to travel locally for in‑home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
