Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification and experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, or psychology.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
