Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in home or clinic settings in Richmond, VA. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBA and team members, with flexible hours and opportunities for growth in a supportive clinical environment.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• RBT Certification (Required).
• Vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute to locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
