Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and maintain session notes under supervision from a BCBA. You will collaborate with a team and participate in trainings as needed.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel up to some locations. Flexible hours are offered to support a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors and families.
• Valid state ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
