Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate RBTs to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children and young adults in home or community settings.

You will implement behavioral plans, participate in BCBA trainings, and collaborate with families, with supervision at least 10% of services.

The role requires a HS diploma, reliable car, and willingness to undergo a background check; competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients' homes.
• Must possess a High School Degree.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for children 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and RBT team members regarding delivery of treatment.
• Receive supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Enter data and trials daily for each patient.
• Remain available for supervision sessions and meetings required by the BCBA.
• Other duties as assigned.
