Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect session data, and help children develop new skills while building a meaningful career in ABA and behavioral health. Flexible scheduling and supportive supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health and willingness to complete RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
