Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with growth potential as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and work 1:1 in home, school, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
