Job summary

ABA Express is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our mission-driven clinical team. Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of hands-on experience with children with developmental disabilities, current RBT certification, and experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process.
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA.
