Job summary

Acclimate ABA in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans under a BCBA and collect data to track client progress.

You will write detailed session notes, collaborate with supervisors and caregivers, and contribute to a compassionate team focused on clinical excellence and client growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to compassionate, professional client care.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
