Acclimate ABA in Missouri is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings. You will implement BCBA-developed treatment plans, collect data, and write clear session notes while collaborating with supervisors and caregivers.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate reliability, organization, and strong communication.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community‑based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
