Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
