Heartland ABA seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to join a growing team delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community settings. Part-time opportunities available with flexible scheduling and immediate start for eligible candidates.

In this role you will record session data, support skill-building plans, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help children reach personalized goals and improve daily functioning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team for skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
