Job summary

Aluma Care NH is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across in-home, school, and clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support client success.

We welcome those with RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, along with a HS diploma. Travel locally and reliable transportation are expected; background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
