Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time in-home and community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and work 1:1 with children, collecting progress data and collaborating with families and clinical teams.

Strong communication and reliability are essential. Opportunities exist to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with flexible scheduling, weekly raises, and a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
