Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings.

Part-time positions with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Training and mentorship provided; join a driven team dedicated to ABA-based interventions and positive outcomes for families.

You’ll collect data, collaborate with BCBA and families, and participate in ongoing professional development to support meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
