BK Behavior is hiring ABA professionals to deliver evidence-based services with flexible scheduling across the USA. You can work from home or provide in-person care in service states, tailoring your caseload to fit your life.

A two-month paid training program plus ongoing CEUs and clinical support help you grow professionally while earning income. RBT certification is required before working, and you'll join a collaborative team focused on client outcomes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Record session data accurately.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct care responsibilities.
