Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC is hiring caring and motivated RBTs to join our team in Missouri for in-home ABA therapy with children with ASD. You will work under BCBA supervision, provide individualized therapy, and help clients build skills and independence.

We offer flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time positions, plus health insurance, PTO, referrals, and ongoing BCBA support to promote your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong communication skills.
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
