Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC is hiring caring RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes across Missouri. You will follow plans set by a BCBA, collect data, and participate in supervision to enhance professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation required.
• Punctual, dependable and professional behavior.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
