Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Atchison, Kansas. This role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy and implementing treatment plans while collaborating with families to ensure client success. Flexible schedules available to promote a healthy work-life balance.

The ideal candidate must hold an RBT certification and have a high school diploma. Prior experience in ABA therapy with children is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
