Little Acorn ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in Lorain, OH. The role involves implementing BCBA-developed plans, data collection, and supporting children’s communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions.
• Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support client progress.
