Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC is seeking caring, motivated RBTs to join our team in Oklahoma. The role involves providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in their homes, following plans created by a BCBA, and entering session data accurately.

You will work under BCBA supervision with flexible scheduling, participate in team meetings, and build meaningful relationships with children and families as you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation required.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor expected.
• Strong communication skills essential.
• Genuine passion for helping children succeed.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
