Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC in Oklahoma City is seeking caring, motivated RBTs to join our team to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder build skills, gain independence, and reach their goals.

You’ll work with experienced BCBAs, receive ongoing supervision, collect session data, and participate in team meetings. We offer flexible scheduling, health insurance, paid time off, a referral program, training, and clear paths for career growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Strong communication and reliability are essential.
• Flexibility to work in clients' homes and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
