Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to support children in home, school or community settings. You will implement ABA plans, record progress data and collaborate with families and BCBA teams to drive outcomes.

We offer flexible scheduling, annual raises, quarterly bonuses, holiday pay, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA, with travel as needed for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology or related fields.
• High school diploma required;Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology/education or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, stand with assistance and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
