Job summary

Skill Builders ABA, LLC is seeking caring, reliable, and energetic Certified RBTs to deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy in home and community settings under the guidance of experienced BCBAs. You will implement treatment plans and help children build real-life skills and confidence.

You will follow individualized behavior plans, collect session data, and collaborate closely with families and your supervising BCBA. A warm, patient, and encouraging approach will be valued in every session.

Qualifications

• Current, active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children; ABA experience is a plus.
• Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, one‑on‑one ABA therapy in home and community settings
• Follow individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA
• Collect session data using simple tools (we train you!)
