Qualifications

• Current, active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Dependable, compassionate and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Follow individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect session data using simple tools (training provided).
• Collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA.
• Bring positivity, patience, and encouragement to every session.
